So I weighed myself today at the gym. The scale was telling me I'm down to roughly 165 lbs. Normally on this same scale I weigh in around 175-180. This may explain why none of my pants fit me right now.

I really enjoyed the online CBC coverage of the marathon today. It's not often that I get the chance to watch 2+ hours of Turbo riding a bike in downtown Toronto. There were also some runner people getting in the way of the shot as well.

Run for the Toad. First two laps felt really good. My focus for these two laps was to keep a steady pace and not go too hard. Half way through the third lap my legs started to feel it. Last lap was just about holding on. Finshed 33rd overall. I would have liked to have been 3-4min faster as my time really dropped off on the last lap, but otherwise really happy with this
