Tuesday night trail run. Seemed to me that the pace was faster then any other runs I've been out to. Had to work hard the whole run, but definitely a good run.

Good long run. Really had to fight my desire to turn around and just go home after the two hour mark. Very happy I did this as planned.

My left hamstring has been pretty tight since my ride on Saturday. Headed out early this morning for a light run to see how it feels before I go out tonight to the trail group. Still felt tight during the run but not a lot of pain. We'll see how it reacts the rest of the day and then decide.

I still wasn't sure how my hamstring was going to feel running for more then a short run. Decided to skip the group run and train closer to home in case it became painful. 6 x hill repeats. By the end of the run the hamstring felt pretty good actually guess the heat has helped to work out the knot in the muscle.

After the ride Audrey and I went out on a map so she could practice her navigation for Untamed.

Finished it off with a swim in Kelso lake. People were definitely surprised to watch two people swim along the lake in lifejackets and full packs.
