Woke up still not feeling great after yesterday and with very tight legs. Decided to put of the planned run for a day and instead focus on trying to loosen up my legs.
Running in Hilton Falls. Ran out of water on the run and never felt great. By the time I got home felt just aweful. Ended up going straight to bed and skipping dinner. Started to feel better later in the evening and was able to stomach a bit of food.
Got up for a ride in the country side. A little cold at the beginning that made my toes pretty cold. By the turn around the temps had risen and I had a tail wind so warmed up on the way home. Good day to be out.
Good run along the Grand river. Legs felt tired from the bike ride yesterday. Added some more to get the time up a bit higher then last week.

Knees are feeling a bit sore. I suspect part of this is becuase I haven't been careful about stretching after workouts. Made sure I spent some significant time after the run stretching the legs out today.
