Light spin before work. Focus was on keeping a high cadence for the whole ride and steady power up hills.

Out to the St Jacob's round about and home. Had a pretty hard head wind the whole way out, made for a nice fast ride back home though.

Woke up still not feeling great after yesterday and with very tight legs. Decided to put of the planned run for a day and instead focus on trying to loosen up my legs.

Running in Hilton Falls. Ran out of water on the run and never felt great. By the time I got home felt just aweful. Ended up going straight to bed and skipping dinner. Started to feel better later in the evening and was able to stomach a bit of food.

Got up for a ride in the country side. A little cold at the beginning that made my toes pretty cold. By the turn around the temps had risen and I had a tail wind so warmed up on the way home. Good day to be out.

First game of the year. As always I get to run more then anyone else, which I enjoy. Seems I'm not as bad as last year.

With the weather not cooperating I skipped the club ride and went to the gym.

After the rowing machine moved to the stair climber. Climbed for 30 min at a moderate pace.

Good run along the Grand river. Legs felt tired from the bike ride yesterday. Added some more to get the time up a bit higher then last week.

Knees are feeling a bit sore. I suspect part of this is becuase I haven't been careful about stretching after workouts. Made sure I spent some significant time after the run stretching the legs out today.
