Inside due to the rain this morning. Legs were definitely feeling sore today.

2 min on, 1 min off times 5
1 min on, 1 min off times 10

Running warm up/down 45:00 [2]

Includes the warm up and cool down, stairs and time inbetween interals. Also time spent standing there waiting for Chris to fix his HRM. It was reporting him as dead. Decided to give him a ride home just in case the HRM was programmed for the future.

The race was actually going pretty well (except going the wrong way out of 9) right up until the last 3 controls. Then I let myself just fall apart. A good 10 min wasted on 23 and 24. Just standing around wondering where I was. Little disappointed in that after doing so well prior to those 2 controls.

Not the best race out there. The map was very technical so I never felt like I was going as fast I should have been. Some bobbles along the way.

This was a really nice ride with Eddie. We headed out from his place with no real plan for what we were going to do. Went up to Kelso and rode around there for a bit, but with Storm the Ten going on it was hard to get into a rhythm. Went down to the bottom to say hello to Bash and then headed off to Hilton Falls. Did some more riding there before heading back home.

Ended up cutting this ride short as I was getting rained on pretty bad and was starting to get cold (didn't dress right for this one). As I turned for home the rain started to really pick, proving my decision was a smart one.

Race went pretty well until the last 3 controls. Was getting pain on the left side of my foot and looked down to realize my shoes were basically falling apart. Overall good to be back in the woods.
