Training Log Archive: Timato

Looks like we'll do a family trip down to the North Face race in Washington. Aubrey has announced she wants to do her first race. She has also taken up running with Kristen around the block lately.

Ran down the main Grand trail and then an out and back on the Grand Valley trail. Ran a short loop through the parking my way home to hit my time goal.
