Strength 30:00 [3]

Hauling and splitting one beast of a log. Half an hour wailing on the wedge with a sledge hammer and it's still not all split. Maybe I'll let it dry for a year more...

Cycling (Trainer) 30:00 [3]

Some 1-leg, some sprints, mostly cruising.

Paddlng (erg) 30:00 [3]

Some kayak stroke, some canoe stroke. (Modified grip and seating position)

Running 1:30:00 [3]
shoes: La Sportiva Crossover GTX

Dingle and Glen Haffy with Goose and the dogs. Easy run until I hooked Goose up to Bazingadog, then things got quicker. The 2 big guys run well together. Great to have Goose back running again.

Running 1:05:00 [3]
shoes: La Sportiva Crossover GTX

Better running today- 75% frozen ground and the rest glare ice. The big guy knows to take the bypass around the chute.

Strength (Core class) 21:00 [2]

Yoga 50:00 [1]

A lot of stuff my bad hamstring can't do today. My right knee didn't love it either.

Cycling (Trainer) 30:00 [2]

Howling winds and soft ground, so on to the trainer.

Paddlng (Trainer) 30:00 [2]

Spin on the erg, with some canoe-specific strokes as well as kayaking.

Strength 30:00 [2]

Part of workout 1.

Running 1:02:00 [2]
(sick) shoes: La Sportiva Crossover GTX

Ran in with the big guy. Dumping rain, and either mud or zamboni-smooth ice on the trail. Living the dream!

Monday Mar 6, 2017 #

Running 1:15:00 [1]
(sick) shoes: La Sportiva Crossover GTX

Easy jog/hike to work and back with AD.

Sunday Mar 5, 2017 #

Strength 40:00 [2]
(sick)

Lots of rehab and workout 3

Cycling 1:15:00 [2]

Easy ride to Tottenham with Bash. Rail trail mostly dry or frozen hard, with a few soft sections.
