Run with Bash up the ORT to the Bruce, then via trail and road to the Personal Best studio in Mono Mills to hear Barry's talk.

Night run back with with Bash, this time with more trail. Nice crisp night for a run!

My left leg is still restricted in lunges and hamstring stretches, and I guarded my neck.

Workout 2- back towards the big boy weights- rehab and lumberjack.

Woo hoo- a little soft snow beats lumpy crud. Did the Charlevoix loop and the rollercoaster with AD trotting behind. Some trees down on KB will be a pain to get around.

Commute with AD. There's a touch of snow over the ice, and some fat bikes were out. Steep parts still skating rink hidden under the snow.

Lumberjack and part of workout 1 with rehab.

XC Skiing 1:32:56 [3] 20.75 km (13.4 kph) +324m

Highlands.
I started undrewaxed, but fixed it up on the glacier and had a surprisingly good ski. Lots of grip and fast glide in slighty icy tracks. More poling than striding.

I passed skate skiiers as I think their track was slower. I finished the full loop sooner than expected so did a second up top. Well worth the drive.

Good on highlands for such nice grooming in so-so snow.
