Orienteering 20:19 [4] 3.0 km (6:46 / km)

Kendal urban race. Could only run the kiddies course a I'm not 16 :'( managed to lose 30 secs on 4 by going the wrong way (again). I ended up crossing a busy road that it is illegal for me to do before having to re cross it :L lost time on 14 as well. For some resoan didn't take the route through the woods and then ran onto an out of hounds putting green :L didn't gain me time, lost it in fact so won't dsq myself.. +45 secs. Some of the control timings were out also as it said I did 23 secs on a 15m run in?! Finished 2nd behind Dan stansfield... Not great

Orienteering 23:47 [4] 4.1 km (5:48 / km)

Boc relays. First leg in a team with Simon an Jake, syo 2nd team. I had a decent run personally. Keeping with olly and Dane most of the way up until about 7 (i think) were I took the wrong gate, went for higher instead of lower. Was just following olly and of course there control was then in a Better place and I lost them. Lost 15 secs on 10 as I went too far left and got a bit distracted by another control. Anyway finished 5th but 4th was n/c so finished 4th really. Team ended up 7th after Jake had a bit of a mare...

Event: BOC 2012
 

Orienteering 55:31 [4] 7.4 km (7:30 / km)

Boc individual. Alright sorta run. 1 was too low down +45 secs. 2 I was too far right +30 secs. 4 I went the wrong way out of 3 too and had to veer back to the crossing point +30 secs. Afte that it was alright. Not sure about my route to 10 but :L stitch on 11 didn't help and going across to 7 felt reallllly slow and actually missed it right a bit. Finished 10th=. not really the result i was lookig for though :/

Pe lesson again. Did 3 sets that gradually increased. These are lengths of our gym:
1/2 1/2 full x3
1/2 full full x3
Full full full x3.
All of these with about 15 secs rest between
Gyms not exactly big however do nothing too major :L

Went for my longer run around yateholme and digley but went backwards.. Varying it up abit like you dooo
