Orienteering 41:29 [4] 7.0 km (5:56 / km)

Yorkshire champs at Pillar Wood. very boring area just flat, runable with a few rootstocks and rides. +30 secs on 4 as it was in the middle of a thicket and i ran round the long way into it. + 30 secs on 12 as well, not checking my compass and ran the wrong way out of the previous control meaning i had to relocate. luckily i wasnt too far away. probably lost another minute maybe over the rest of the course too through hesitations etc... finished 2nd M16, 30 secs down on joe W and 3rd on blue as Helen woods dad beat me by 9 seconds. alright run but bit miffed by the mistakes :L

Same run as tuesday coming back from work experience, slightly quicker however as I didn't get lost

Same route there as yesterday but had to take a different route back. Had tennis so only went halfway up the hill and then took a left through Wilshaw and down to Netherthong and to Thongsbridge just in time for tennis :)

Cycling to and from work experience. basically had to go over a huge hill and then down the other side on the way there and then the opposite back. Also had a race with a tractor. The tractor won :(

Ran home from work experience. Took an os map so I knew the route but the path up the valley was awful and I still got lost :L so came out of meltham up this valley onto the top down to digley and home :) Have sadly acquired a blister on my left ankle however :(

Work experience for the next fortnight so planning to run back a couple of days and do a potter and get my hours up by cycling a few others :)
