Running 20:00 [4]

Some pretty intense hill climbs, to get photographs for the big muddy.

Long hill climb with John Bart, up to the top of Black Rock. Incredible views.

Biking 2:30:00 [3]

Mountain Biking with John Bart. Got some great old west atmosphere.

Note

On a side note, the bike ride gave me the amazing opportunity to race a deer. However, I lost badly. Very impressive, as I was cruising downhill 15-20 mph, and it was springing uphill at least 30 mph.
After seeing that, I gave up any ambitions of running down a deer.
But then I got home, and by pure chance picked up this article
Looks like it can still be done, but it will definately will require flatter ground than the Big Muddy. What do you think Andy, could we pull it off?

Ran out to 53rd and back via covered bridge + 1 lap on the cinder track. Hot and humid today. Nobody else showed up. Did a few range of motion excercises on the way out - long strides, skipping A's and B's, etc...

Abs, stretching, and leg lifts (curl, extention, press).
