Running 2:42:15 [3] 20.0 km (8:07 / km)
ahr:140 max:167

Long MAPR run. Looking for some easy trails and country roads to trot along, I landed on Mountsberg Conservation Area, but in trying to drive there I got stopped by the same train, not once, not twice but three times! The last time I gave up and pulled into a parking lot for the Snyder Tract and ran in there for a whopping 3km. I then could cross the tracks and ran over to Mountsberg, did all their trails and back to the car.

Nice to run somewhere different and I even roughed out a "STORM the SWAMP" course for Storm, but he's not biting on it yet.

Running 1:26:00 [3] 10.0 km (8:36 / km)

Trying out new trails in the greater Milton area, this time I tried the Bruce Trail from Derry, south through Killbride to Lowville, river loop and home. Real perty in there.

Cycle 1:20:00 [3] 18.0 km (4:27 / km)

I asked Storm to escort me out for a night ride after work and we had fun riding through Kelso. We found out that Tuesday night is cyclocross night and so the ski hills are all lit up. We watched the riders work there way through the course and it looked like all the mountain bikers were at the back. I don't know if that is really due to the bike or it's just that serious racers eventually go pick up the extra bike. The course looked like fun, and pretty short. I may just give it a go next week!

Update - just discovered tonight was the last night. Boo!
