Spin class at RPM. Was jealous watching the sausage suits in another class play on the computrainers. I've never seen a mtn bike in there - maybe it's time to crash the party.

Storm and I went snowshoeing trek in the Dundas valley, mostly covering the matrix CPs from this past Raid the Hammer, but adding in mandatory hills. The snow there is light and fluffy but not too deep. Storm did great with the 15 year old map I gave him, since I couldn't find the one from 2014 in time. We (I mean he) navigated well just reading the terrain, with no compass.

I'd like to go back again before Snowgaine!
