Bruce Peninsula Multi Sport Race

I paired up with a friend that was doing this as her second AR, and together raced as the only women's relay team for this great race. I took only the 2 bike legs and Tamara did the paddle and 2 runs.

Slow recovery run after having the world's sharpest elbows worked through my hamstrings and hips.

Trek (Lots o Hills) 1:55:00 [3] 11.93 km (9:38 / km) +1237m 6:21 / km

Lots of walking up hill work (7 times up and down at different places) and a bit of light running at Kelso on the flats and downhill. I made a run for the Darwin Award doing hill repeats on an exposed slope during a thunderstorm, but alas I am still alive to tell the tale.
