Run with 6 big hills and staircases. After no running for two weeks with a bad cold, my pace is suffering. Have to claw back to normal next week.

Hike with Storm around some of the highlights of the Badger Mountain course, including 2 big climbs. Must put Storm in a bubble 2 weeks before the next big race to protect him.

Sweet first ride of the year w Storm in Washington State. Gorgeous coastal state park open to mountain bikes and the best flowy single track I have ridden in a long time. Love the Salsa 29er we rented.
