Great race, with DD11 at the helm, in crazy deep snow. I'd say it was 2-3 deeper than at snowshoe with no crust, so tough slogging a lot of the time. I really liked being somewhere new for a change and Mansfield is quite pretty, I mean hilly. We only struggled with one CP early, teaching us to question what was a real trail out there, but otherwise DD11 did a stumpendous job with the nav (despite me advising to drop a CP on the west side that we had plenty of time to get). No Snowgaines in the Olympics..what a shame.

Fat burn spin on the trainer immediately after waking up ie, on a very empty tummy....sucked - but time to start burning off some of this winter cushioning.

Run over to High Park with a loop of the park on/off trails on snowshoes as much as possible. Lots of crunchy snow on top. Done in just enough time to get out before dark before the killers come out.

Strength 12:36 [4]

21-15-9 push-ups, squats, sit-ups, lunges. Side plank and plank. Now adding weight.
