1:50 on the trainer, playing with rpm and heart rate combos to simulate hills and flats. Add in some Netflix and it was just about enough to keep the brain occupied enough to endure the boredom.

I am now declaring February to be the 100 push ups challenge....goal to do 100 sit-ups in one go, hand release at bottom.
Long run in Hilton was way harder than I thought it would be in the sort of and sometimes partly packed snow. Time to get off the pavement and back in the woods on a regular basis!
