Cycle 1:40:00 [3] 20.0 km (5:00 / km)

Nap in the grass at Summit parking lot (time not included here!), followed by a Leisurely a 20K ride around Kelso, forced 2 climbs up the escarpment. Think i need the boys around to make me ride harder. Bike hill repeats, starting next week.

Well I must say that was a great race for me, took almost 30 minutes off my last 25K at Pick Your Poison a month ago. Beautiful, cool morning, with dry but not dusty trails. Inching ever closer towards the 2:30 goal before moving up to the 50K. Hoping all goes well for the other girls running the 50 and 100 milers.
