4 x 800 (2mins) on a meadows loop.
First one was too fast at the start and everyone suffered a little as a result. In a weird state of feeling as though I always had that little extra, but also pushing really hard. Lungs in particular were feeling it, seemed very tight by the end. Good to see everyone running well on a windy evening.
