Core circuit 2 x 30(15secs): plank side touches, dead bugs, leg lifts, spiderman plank, windscreen wipers, toe touches, bicycle crunches.

EUOC long. Started with the crags then Purky's arĂȘte and finally MFD. Felt a little stronger on the climbs today, first time I haven't had to walk on MFD (although probably would have been quicker).
