Parkrun Eastleigh. Very slow course in normal conditions (+2mins on PB type course). Very cold, very muddy. Started fine, then suddenly felt very sick so pace dropped considerably. Thought about stopping but carried on, legs weren't worked much at all and felt fresh when finished. Putting this down to eating too soon before.

3 x 1 mile, with 1 min recovery between. Only did three as easing down before jk. Felt good and was surprised by pace after 1st one as didn't feel fast. One short sharp hill in there as well. Feeling pretty confident going into the jk.
