Laps of the school in pe. I was given the challenge of doing seven laps continuous quicker than other people could do it in pairs as a relay/interval style thing. I won.

Started steady and could feel Friday. Could also feel my leg on the corners and any slightly rough terrain but mostly it was fine. Not as boring as I was expecting and I paced it reasonably well. Came 20th. Time and climb estimates, distance from Ian.
Leg was fine when finished so I think this helped which is good.

Hockey vs St George's. ball got hit at my leg just to the side of shin pads which is now swollen and sore. Been icing all afternoon hopefully ok for CC6

Decided it would be best to rest for tomorrow. Bit of a niggle in right hamstring so a lot of foam rolling. Got a lot of work as well

steady tomorrow, boscombe 5km on friday, hockey saturday, cc6 sunday.
hoping for good conditions down at boscombe because it's as flat as flat can be and there's only one corner (although it is 180)

4 x (2mins up and down the dune, 1min up and down the dune, sprint up grassy slope next to it).
Hate the sand so much it just stops you where it is so soft. Tough session on my own but got it done.
