"Waggoners Walk" - GO - Blue Middle race
I have to admit to not enjoying the event, the wrong type of course on Ludshott Common instead of the variety, technical challenge and runnability of Waggoners Walk, a description sheet would have helped too especially on 1. Lost around 4.45 mins, plus more as not mentally switched on today. Just seen results, only 10s off the lead with 500m to go and then lost 2.20. My worst ever uninjured, none urban ranking score - poor attitude, poor result!

Will have to see doctor soon as suspect hernia op repair is unstable.

Horsell Common - 8 x 200m (25s), building up to 1k interval speed. Very worthwhile, felt crap beforehand, but legs felt good, even managed to do hamstring stretch today.

Chantries - not feeling it today and took 10 mins to break sweat, first week of 3 sessions.

Running hills 10:00 [3]

10 x 25s hills, took 6 before breathing hard. just easing into quality training.
Extreme right abdomen painful yesterday, today fine until compressing during warm down hamstring stretch.
