Orienteering race 53:01 [4] 6.9 km (7:41 / km) +220m 6:38 / km

Ightham - Saxons Blue 53.01 - 6.9k
Lost time on 1 (20s), 3 (60s), 7 (20s), 10 (45s), 14 (1.45). 1 the usual leg and usual lack of visualisation! 3 was going towards control and saw a control to the left (yellow course), 7 usual leg usual 20s lost! 10 again knew light green is confusing but again failed to see veg boundary on map! 14 subtle leg no real attack point which caught most people out, totally lost concentration, could have been a lot worse. Same problems same mistakes, despite giving myself a good talking to beforehand. Enjoyable all the same. CV fitness good on hills, roll on 2013.

Unfortunately the map was wrong at 1 (20s), 2 (2.00) and 14 (40s). By 3 (25s) I thought it was me and reminded myself this was O training (lost 4 altogether), legs were tight in any case. Otherwise a good course. Sun even came out at 3.30 pm.

Suspect back alignment maybe causing abdominal problems
