long run w Erl in FP. everything else is soaked but FP turned out to be a great destination - nice paths, not too wet, good scenery and large enough for a long run to not get boring. unfortunately i am still dealing w this high HR/heartburn thing so set a cap on my HR and just shuffled along. not great but got it done.

FTP test on trainer, i aimed for 160W (close to last year at this time) and that felt too easy, so settled at 170W in the first 10min, that felt good so built up to 180W for the 20min. timed it perfectly to finish up before women’s downhill ski on TV.
