solo bike loop while Erl had to go to work. almost 70F in January and could not pass it up. just trying to keep HR low. saw Maria on Clayton which was awesome. ran out of water about 1:40, didn't bring food or $$, and just crawled home. so hungry.

loop of Lewis w Erl n T. struggle street! trying hard to keep HR in low 150s but it was all over the place. lack of training. i need a couple weeks to get back on track. nice day out though, T is just in her element on the trails and it makes me so happy to run w her out there.

Olin Library opened to students today. big milestone! still a bunch of work to do but now that the kiddos are all sipping their nitro coffees, we have some breathing room (and more time to re-start training).
