Easter Sunday ride w Erl and the 'birds. nice when we started and temps gradually got colder. then we got rain. then we made it back to the car.

worked on actually putting some power into my pedal stroke and surprise! i rode better.

CCL trails w Erl n Tess. kinda blustery and cold but T was loving it. first 20min on leash then we took her off, she did great even with all of the deer running around. our moving pace was much faster than the watch shows, lots of stops to re-heel T to keep her focused on us. run legs feeling great, just need to get biking legs up to speed!

we did some troubleshooting after DBG and figured that, among other things, i have not been getting good sleep the past week. so have been taking naps and early bed time last couple days and do feel much better.
