road ride in Columbia w Jeff and David. they were on mtb, I was on my road bike, and we all stayed together on the flats (they still crushed me in the hills). their fitness is awesome. good chat too.

at CW w Jeff, David, OT, and Trent. cold enough that the singletrack held together for a few hours. crashed at the bottom of Justin's but it was a north-facing reentrant so plenty of cushion and no harm done. still had AR tires on but let some air out and they did fine.

i would MUCH rather be on my bike for this but weather is crappy and my tri bike (on the trainer) is having a seat bolt issue (stupid aero seatpost) so run it is. i completely underestimated how much the grunt took out of me. my legs HURT. they got better as the run went on but DANG. ow. thanks a lot, bill.
