instructor Kim, with Carrie at Mesa. we were the only 2 people in class, and we wanted more stretching, so only a couple "yoga-y" things and the rest focused on legs/glutes.

$5! 2 blocks from my apt! def going next week!

red at meramec. enormous explosion at 4. like 60+ min. deflated me for the rest of the course and did a lot of hiking. i cried, and wished i would break a leg so i wouldn't have to finish it. seriously. at least no one saw that.

i think next o-meet i need to run orange-then-green to get some confidence back.

ps. garmin showed 8.9 miles covered...that's 4 extra!! also the speedcrosses were NOT COMFORTABLE. boo.

3mi MAF with MK at SLU track. beautiful morning/sunrise. kicking off 30 runs in 30 days. pace was WAYYYYY slower than my last test in June but I kinda knew that would be the case. gives me lots of room for improvement. excited about the next month!
