longish ride with some MAF intervals. first two were good and the last two were tough - HR didn't want to stay elevated and my mind had a tough time convincing my legs to go faster. helped that it was sunny and beautiful.

10x Woods to finish off the weekend. didn't really have any zest for this session but i know my climbing needs soooooo much work so got through it.
i don't really know why i have today off, i'm feeling good, but i'll take it. always little things to get done, especially because i'll be in toronto next week.

easy spin on tri bike. made a couple errands at the start and then headed out midland. wore new usa kit under my layers, the material is unusual but fit is good.
back at Master's! main set of 225s alt 75 fast/75 moderate. the mod stuff felt good but fast stuff felt like lead. but, so nice to be back swimming with the group, good vibes all around.
