1hr Postal Swim with tri club. average 1:44/100y. didn't feel all that tired at the end so maybe should have pushed more.
11 AM

Run 2:20:00 [3] 13.25 mi (10:34 / mi)

run at L&C with M. i love running half-marathon+ distances unofficially. especially at that park.

and then i went home and spun the legs out on the trainer while watching the packers game.

solo snow ride at c-wood before tri club group trail run. stuck to the flats.

tri club group run. out on the flats, up the stairs, down lone wolf switchbacks, then some of the dirt crits loop. super fun. also J brought hot chocolate for afterwards.

more snow biking, this time with some converted triathletes. went up the north side of the park and gave the core muscles quite a workout.
