5x5 SLOB squat 20" each leg.
THEN:
5 rounds of: 5x Mr. Spectacular 35#, 20m lunge, 5x split jump each leg, rest.
THEN:
3 rounds of: 5x good morning 45#, 5x jump squat, 10cal AF sprint, rest.
CD:
3 rounds of: 12x GHD sit-up, 6x push-up.

Mr. Spectacular = 1 walk-out push-up and 5 KBS.
