first Master's back! hung out in the back of lane 7 and worked on backstroke & breaststroke. Hap stuck around after practice and gave me some breaststroke advice:
in water:
--keep arms in front of "the vertical" & hug the water in front (a la chicken dance)
--hide the knees behind the hips, flex feet and push off instep
dryland:
--standing into insteps
--hurdle stretch on crack
my swim project this winter is to develop a legal breaststroke, i've got a long way to go!
