Guesstimate for distance. Seems pretty slow? Perhaps due to the fact that I was missing my Camelbak as this was an impromtu excursion following the disappointment of the tennis session. Or that my estimate is poor? Or that I am slow.

Went out through Hugset over to Silkstone Fall. If the golf course was mapped in between to link the two areas there is the potential for a long race here...

Second Leg for NGOC on Men's Short.
Made a mess of one control in the finish field (doh!), but otherwise pretty steady. Could feel yesterday. We finished 11th of 32 which was unexpectedly high!

Had a nice time jogging around steadily apart from the last 2km when my calves decided to cramp up somewhat. Suffered from lack of sleep and the after effects of my illness a little. Also from the fact that I can't remember the last time I ran this far...
