Big Bone Lick Red, 6 k
A fun course and had an enjoyable day. Nice weather and kept engaged with the run. Course analysis was entertaining. Many mistakes, so attackpoint underestimated my pace and lost time both. With the exception of the around-route to 9, most of my route choices were intentional, so that was good. The little miss on 18 was the most frustrating mistake because my attack was intentional and I missed only a bit high but then compounded my error to 4 min. Daftness on the rocky pit, thinking that the little rocky ice hut (mapped as a dot knoll) was a building and not keeping my eyes up enough to see the actual building. I need to find a happy nav/speed medium and a bit higher fitness level/increase in competitiveness to get back to where I will be more satisfied. I have no good plan for any of this but I also made no new year's resolution. It might be time.

Indian Creek
Long time since visiting Indian Creek, a deep dive into a green morass. Not in the right mindset for it, so I was happy to finish. There are interesting legs and control sites here but there are not many places to run in the forest (unless you are a squirrel).
