17c shoes: Saucony Progrid Wide 2
First of the Miami U campus sprints. Ran them 1, 2, 3. As they went, I put more effort into each one and I felt underpowered mostly for not having really run in 2 weeks but my back was mostly fine. Next day, marginally worse than or equal to Sat am. Stretched between each run.
The first course had some substantial bobbles especially around controls 11 (wrong trail) and 12 (still confused a bit coming onto the lane around Bishop's Woods). Runs 2 and 3 were better; I mostly skipped the control numbers and clues to try speed up. I found the second two sprints to be long for me to give a sprinting effort but they were definitely fun.
