Note

Lots of ice, stick, compression and elevation. Shitty timing (not that there's really good timing for this sort of thing) as I'd planned for this week and next to be intensive tempo and strength period before the Sulphur tapper. Taking it easy for a few days, but going to try not to loose next week too.
