Actually, my last 1min on I blew up with 12secs left when I could no longer breathe, nor continue as I was pushing too hard. Still makes me wonder what my max is, as I'm a far cry from 220 minus my age and I am most certainly tapped when I'm 'on' (...and I am most certainly not fooling myself).
