Running warm up/down 15:00 [1]

Orienteering race 1:15:00 [3]
spiked:25/26c

VicO - C-Meet (Beaver Lake Score-O): Still incredibly ill so skip this morning's PIH 8km road race and took it easy for the Score-O. As it was I still hacket up a small child of flem after the race. Managed to get them all under the 90min limit despite a herrendous error (~4min) at #5. I'm gettting nervous that these herrendous errors are still making appearances at this stage in my O-Career.

Occasionally, bumped into Level 4 on the long open legs.

Orienteering 1:00:00 [1] ***
spiked:12/12c

Control Pickup at low intensity from map memory.

Cycling 2:53:00 [2]

An LSD ride with H2OBomber and Romeo. Great morning of sun on the surrounding mountains and after 25 days of rain there were a lot of riders out enjoying the morning. Kept the HR below avg of 135 and felt incredibly relaxed when I got home; almost rested.... almost like another form of the accronym L.S.D....? Don't know, never tried that one. Much better than my usual 'pass-out on the futton for the rest of the day' feeling I typically have after the Saturday morning Wheeler's ride.

Note
(sick)

Travel day and managed to pick up a nasty bug. Guessing a combination of a low immune system post training camp (due to exserted effort) and recycled air on the plane). Glad to fall into bed back in Victoria.

Note

Spent the day packing and travelling to from Hamilton airport, where I go delayed until tomorrow. That or I had the option of going as far as Calgary for the night, but with two HUGE/HEAVY bags and one extra large dog kennel, figured I was better off at the folk's another night.
