Ran to Bald Hill. Caught up to Paula and Annie just past the devil dog. There is a new road cut through the forest coming off of the loop at the top of the hill above Mulkey Creek. It goes along a spur then drops down the slope. Not sure where it goes. They also put a bunch of gravel on the trail up top. On the way down to the bridge, I got stung on the back of the neck by some little shit bug.

Ran with Annie this morning at Bald Hill. Had to get back early because the garage door repair guy was going to be there. He showed up right on time.

Ran to Bald Hill. Did not feel like running too much, so I wussed out at 36 minutes. Caught up with Paula then walked back to the car. 30 minutes of walking.

Legs and shoulders. Heavy month. Was able to do happy lunges again. The secret is to wear my hiking boots so that my arches don't over flex.
