JK Day 3 Craig a Barns 4.1k 190m 12c in 50.25 Won race by 2.5 mins ahead of Norweigan. ONe of my best ever runs.Very tough and technical area Craig a Barns and it was in beautiful shape! With a tough technical course! So I ran hard, strong and and Won the class!!! Beating the Norweigan who won by 5 mins and beat me by 13mins yday into second place by 2.5 mins today and not only beat Steve today but pulled more than the 10 mins Steve beat me yday back and beat him overall by 3 mins!!! Only made 30 navig sec error but think path route to 6 was 3 mins quicker than my direct beasting route! 5 fastest legs

JK Day 1 Dunalystre mjor veg Mapping error at 3 wich Jon admitted lost 7 mins then lost 3 at 4 as not in right frame then 3 later on-so not good. On + side aside from 3/4 did some fastest legs up with leading Nog on many of them Craig a Barns tmw 10th overall but Steve 5th 11mins ahead
