After a fragmented training approach I knew this would be tough,however I knew it might be possible if everything clicked to have a great day, one that matched the beauty of the conditions that were still, cool and bright .This did not happen, it was tough from the off and I never found a rhythm.Achilles pain kicked in by km2 and it was a real battle from then on.Not altogether disappointing but not great either,a C.
