Orienteering (mapping) 2:53:00 [1] ** 3.12 mi (55:27 / mi)

Mapping squirrel Kill area by national guard area. Mostly doing vegetation changes. The one flatish areas has seen increasing in water runnoff from upstream construction. Several gullies are now quite a bit longer and streams are now much deeper cut than they use to be.

Did a big loop which I had never done before. 21st 1/2 street to 175, to Rockenbach to Severn Road to Disney. Several construction project being done along my road. I only had to pass one person so it was a good run without a lot of people.

Got out the Axe and cut another section of the fallen tree. The next day my shoulders and neck were sore.

Mapping the stream bed and a new area for the Squirrel Kill map (my backyard map). Not much in the new area except down along the stream area. I did find a giant Plastic bottle trash pile that washed down from the nearby school. It was in a gully that was plugged by rocks so the water still sent down but left the bottles.

Still little tired from yesterday but still wanted to get a run in. I feel that I am starting to get into a little bit of shape with all the running

Ran along 175. I added a few side areas to get to the 5 miles. Only had to pass/avoid a few people today. It was little cooler out today.

decided to go for longer run but wasn't sure how far. after long trip to several banks I had an idea but there to run but there were several road construction projects where I was thinking of running.
From a previous walk I saw the track at the highschool was open so decided to do lap around the track. I ran but didn't push it. It wasn't very fast and I still felt tired after it (you can see my pace drop).

Rt 175, aground the school, lap around the track, back to 175, to rockenbach to severn road to provinces to home. Add a little to make sure I got over the 7 mile mark.
There were not many people I had to avoid so I had a good route in that respect. I was plenty tired.

Walk with Darcy. AFter my longer run I made sure to rehydrate. Felt ok during the walk but was a little tired.

cutting grass/push mower. I didn't cut my Ajuga plants as the bumble bees love them. There seems to be more this year and previous years. Still not a single honey bee.

Ran a different route this time as I hoping to avoid people.

Rt 175 + Rockenback, but back into the provinces then return home like normal. They were paving the side street. I got a bad side ache part way through. I stopped an stretched it out some but it came riight back. I ran slow for awhile and it go a little better. I tried to pick the pace back up but it started coming back so I eased off again
