Treadmill (2 incline) 8:00 [3] 0.8 mi (10:00 / mi)
shoes: addidas2016

I wanted to go for an easy short run to see how things felt after a weekend of orienteering so decided on the treadmill. I was feeling good for about 10 steps. Then I was sore. I was originally going to go 2 miles, then 1 mile. At 0.8 mile my left calf started hurting so I stopped and walk.

Treadmill warm up/down (2 incline) 17:00 [1] 1.0 mi (17:00 / mi)
shoes: addidas2016

Walked a mile on the treadmill.

Orienteering (red) 1:14:57 [3] 7.46 km (10:03 / km)
ahr:142 max:162 shoes: O icebugs 2015

My leg was feeling better. I was able to run and jump today so was able to keep moving, except that I am out of shape so couldn't keep running. I.E. my leg didn't bother me today. I felt faster. I ran a few legs with a Violeta Feliciano which helped keep me moving. She moves faster than I do in the woods. She would pull away, and I would catch up by taking a slightly better line. I finally pulled ahead of her for the last few legs.
Overall I was happy. I tied to keep moving and didn't have any major mess ups.

Orienteering (red) 1:19:48 [3] 6.26 km (12:45 / km)
shoes: O icebugs 2015

My leg was still sore but feeling better. I still couldn't run normally or jump. Jumping was a big problem as this area was rocky. I couldn't just jump off rocks and cliffs as I normally would. I was constantly having to look for ways down. I orienteered clean. I was far from perfect but overall I was happy with how I did.

Orienteering (sprint) 17:43 [2] 1.1 km (16:06 / km)
shoes: O icebugs 2015

Down hill sprint in a very technical area. It was more like a short middle distance.
My right leg hasn't healed so it is hard to run. I opted for the short sprint rather than the long one. It was a long walk to the start and all uphill. This really bothered my knee.
For the actual sprint, I had a blast. I wasn't running but that was probably good. It was so hard to read things. I started off slow and stayed that way. I got pulled off line once by seeing a control not on my course. Other than that I was fairly clean, but very hesitant and slow. There was one map problem that the control circle was so cut that you couldn't see it. I went from #5 to #7. Then had to go back to 6.
I wish we had some of this terrain back home.

Volleyball (indoor) 1:00:00 [1]
shoes: VB : hyperdunk low

I am still sore from earlier events. Knee bothering me so I could put weight on it well. I wasn't very mobile. I played ok but could have done better.
We played well for part of the 2nd game then fell apart. We lost all three games as usual.

Soccer (outdoor) 1:20:00 [4]
shoes: Soccer Indoor Nike 2013 Mercer

I was still tired from the stumble. I ran hard the first half. We played well, especially the first half. We ended up tieing 2-2. Our first non-loss. Unfortunately by the end I couldn't run and the other team ran by to score the tieing goal.
