Ran hard. I went out too fast though. I was the second person to the first control. I would have been first but a junior sprinted to the first control in order to beat me. By the end of the first loop, I was beat. I managed to hang on and got third by virtue of Hanna losing her glasses.

I ran hard and decided to push the pace some. It gives me hope that I am slowly getting back into some sort of shape. My cardio is getting better even if my legs aren't.
