Run (road) 17:22 [3] 2.1 mi (8:16 / mi)
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline GTS 2015?

Went for an easy jog to loosen up after the grass cutting. The first few steps felt really good to open up the stride.

Other (mowing grass run) 45:18 [3]
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline GTS 2015?

I didn't feel like running but really needed to. I also needed to cut the grass. So I combined the two. was jogging while cutting the grass. It was hardest on my shoulders (pushing the mower) and (buttocks the uphill parts). Unfortunately later on I had back spasms and strained a muscle back there.
I probably went farther than the GPS watch said as there was a lot spinning to get turn directions with the mower.
It started sprinkling before I was done.
7 PM

Soccer (indoor) 35:00 [3]
shoes: Soccer Indoor Nike 2013 Mercer

My back was still sore but it loosened up so didn't bother my playing. I played ok but could have been better. We won 6-2.

Run (road) 47:31 [3] 5.57 mi (8:32 / mi)
shoes: 2015 Nike Accelerate 3

My intent was to do a long (for me ) slow run. I was going to do my 10K loop but 1.75 miles in I was worried about bathroom issues so cut my loop. I ran easy through the neighborhoods closer to home. I did manage to get up to 5.5 miles before having to stop. At least it didn't rain while I was out.
After I got back my legs felt fine but I was very tired later so took a short nap.
