Let Dave Onkst shame me into doing the blue. It was held in morven park which is a very open area with lots of fields should predicted to be a very quick run. It was definitely a runners course. More line a very long sprint. There wasn't much navigation choices but you could lose valuable seconds going the wrong way around a tree....
I started with the leaders (until 1/2 way to number 1), then I slowly fell back until I got tired then quickly fell back. Ran most of the race either just ahead or just behind other blue runners.
I was fairly certain of my position until the 2nd to last control I tripped on stick and got a leg cramp. This cost me a place while I had to stop and stretch it out before I could hobble/walk/run again.

We started off very poor the first game. We were done15-2. We battled our way back but still lost 25-22. We played a better 2nd game but still lost. 3rd game we didnt' do well.

We played a better and faster team. Suprisingly, I thought we actually played ok. We still lost but we didn't quit like we always do. I score a goal. (yeah me).

Decided to run outside today even though it was cold. I haven't been running that well so it was interesting to see how I would do outside. I started off slower and got slower.

Rt 175 + 2 park loops. Added a little bit at the end since I was running so slow.
