It was very cold. I started off running but then just wasn't motivated so I jogged the course so I would injure my bad ankle. I never got warm, my eyes watered the whole time, and my thumb wearing the compass froze. I didn't freeze but was always on the cool side. I finally had to take the compass off. Except for one control where I wasn't paying attention and went past the control I navigate fine.

Got home late but still went for a treadmill run. Ran the first two miles at 7:30 pace but couldn't keep that up so I dropped down to 8:20 mile. My ankle started hurting so I cut the run short.

Still sore from yesterday so I wanted to take a rest day but still do something. Did a few free weights.

Easy jog just to loosen up some. Right ankle is sore.
