Decided to run outside. I have all the cold wheather gear so why not use it. Just as I started to run it began to snow. Actually only flurry which quickly stopped. Ran rt 175 to Meade high school and did a mile on the track. Soccer game going on in middle of the track with spectators on the track so I have to run in outside lanes in places.

Volleyball (indoor) 45:00 [1]
shoes: VB: Newbalance 620

We played a very bad team and won easily: 25-7, 25-8 15-15.
10 PM

Soccer (indoor) 45:00 [4]
shoes: Soccer indoor- puma yellow

My knee was sore from volleyball but didn't bother me once I started playing. We were playing a good team. Most of the defenders on my team were out and no one else wanted to play defense. I played almost the entire game.
Although I did get tired I played well. We won 8-3.
Once I got home and was eating Taco Bell dinner I got a really bad left leg calf cramp.

Run (trail/woods) 57:00 [3] 6.08 mi (9:22 / mi) +150m 8:42 / mi
shoes: Reeboks

Opted to just go for a run locally rather than drive down to VA for what appears to be a marginal orienteering opportunity. Ran the trails behind my house that are getting more and more overgrown. I was suprised that I could follow the trails. Some of them I expected to be gone. I wouldn't map them as trails but i could still tell where they were. Bridges were still in place which was nice. Lot of down trees which made it even more orienteering like having to jump over things and run around debris.

Did what i use to call my 2 mile trail loop, three times. Then added a little loop to make it an even 6 miles.

main milestones:
Dist: in miles 0.57 0.23 0.95 0.17 Each loop=1.92 miles
Mile pace: 9:33 9:24 9:09 8:11
9:42 9:13 8:29
9:34 10:05 9:06 8:49
