Orienteering (U.S champ red) 58:44 [3] 7.25 km (8:06 / km) +160m 7:18 / km
shoes: O: Falcons 2008

I felt much better today and was able to run. Kept moving and tried to make sure I maintain contact. Course was much easier with all the trail atttack points. Lost track on the way to three so bailed to the trail, otherwise no problems.

Orienteering race (U.S. champ red) 1:14:50 [4] 7.55 km (9:55 / km) +287m 8:20 / km
shoes: O: Falcons 2008

Just felt dead. Had gassy stomach and just couldn't run even on flat open areas. A few minor things. Only real issue was #4 where I was just unlucky. Got the area but didn't see the control. Bailed out to the trail and came right back to where I was. Looked around this time and there it was. Circle hid some of the features and I though I was looking for two dot knolls not a very vague (i.e. non existant) form line hill.

Orienteering (model) 55:00 [3] 5.0 km (11:00 / km)
shoes: O shoes: Falcons 06

Nice easy jog in the misty rain to check out the map. It was good practice to get use to the 3m contours and all the depressions.

Soccer (goalie) 1:20:00 [1]
shoes: Soccer Michelin

Played goalie in my outdoor game. Final game of the season. We lost 2-0. The other team wasn't better but did manage to score more. Only one goal got by me. The other goal was a mistake by one of my defenders. Still the best we have done in awhile. We finished 4-4 this season.
