Orienteering long (long: red) 2:59:59 [3] 14.6 km (12:20 / km) +475m 10:36 / km

Way too long of a race for me. I started slow and got slower. Had some difficulty on a few.

Orienteering race (sprint champs) 18:49 [5] 2.6 km (7:14 / km) +60m 6:29 / km

Lost time out of the start as I couldn't find the start triangle. I found where I was on the map but not where the start triangle was (remote start). Did ok, A few hesitations but about as good as I was going to get considering my lack of training.

Orienteering race (middle) 39:34 [3] 4.6 km (8:36 / km) +220m 6:56 / km

Wasn't trying to win this race. I knew my conditioning just wasn't up to it. I figured I could do the orienteering ok so wouldn't be too bad. Lost most of my time early in the course. Did fine in the technical area.

Had difficulty early. Drafting errors on the map made it almost impossible to see the small trails on the maps (the trail junctions not clean cut in ocad so junctions were not clear).
